Xp - Annoying 'minimizing'

As said many time previously, this fixed everything! I have found that if I am using Excel, it won't switch back, however if I have another application in the current window / I'm working working on it's fine. Love you !! Great work!

Workaround (inspired by kevpat): click and hold down the minimize button on XP Mode while pressing Alt+Tab to task switch as normal in Windows 7. Problem solved.
