Reinstalled windows, still having issues. Every processor the company makes includes the VT hardware, but it's just disabled for some models. I rebuilt machine again.. The result ends up being the same; companies have to stick with software that's well past its use-by date, because if they upgrade, important things stop working.

If you want more than 1, you have to use VMware, and fully install xp for each addition you want. Alt-Del no longer works to send Ctrl+Alt+Del signal to the guest OS.
