There should be a copy of those .exe files in your C:\Windows\System32\dllcache folder. Move the Disk Cleanup Shortcut from the desktop to System Tools by holding down the right mouse button then dragging it there. On the General tab, you'll also see a button labeled Disk Cleanup. What items actually should me on the tools list?
