Does this apply? I couldn't save ANYTHING. Not only did it NOT install but it screwed up the settings on my DVD drive. Is there a way to do this?
So far, he has been unable to import his address book from wp9 to the new machine. I thought it might have been a fluke and tried it again and it locked up again when I tried to save. Fingers crossed that everything stays smooth! I also tried Quattro Pro and it appears to do well.

This tells me that I do not have an internet connection :confused: I downloaded the lastest level of Microsoft's Vista Upgrade Advisor and Dell's Vista upgrade Utility. Please try downloading from the Microsoft download site a new Vista version of WinHlp32.exe, dated March 08. After closing it, I could not get it to open again.
