Avg Antivirus Disappear


My laptop doesn't travel and I can't imagine what would have changed between yesterday and today... When I reviewed my purchase history I see that over the past year and a half this has happened a couple of times. The lady that assisted me showed me that the antivirus that I had wasn't due till September. How do I fix this?How do I upgrade from Windows 8 to Windows 10?Is it possible to upgrade to Windows 10 from 7 after wiping the PC?I have upgraded from Windows

Ashampoo firewall used normally but it makes no difference if switched off. Their support lies, is completely and utterly useless and their management should get fired on the spot as all they do is running the company into the ground. avast detects almost everything suspisous as a virus, so that'll be in handy.. Please try again later. Exactly the same the same thing has happened with HyperHQ as well!   Windows is giving the error that the .exe file had changed or moved. Maybe you should think of these things before you take money that does not belong to you. use malware bytes and avira and avast!!

I will need some money upfront for packaging and shipping costs. Sounds like a scam.

This evening after several hours on a frustrating off shore phone call with their customer service team when they managed to temporarily "fix" my internet problem. Even the online "helper" referred me to a website, and gave me the WRONG site at first! NOTE: Recent updates to some versions of Windows won't allow this util to backup the registry so ignore any errors you may get and perform the registry backup manually if needed. I have a friend that has the same exact issue.
