Cannot Type In Rdp Session


I was connected to a Windows 2003 32bit server from ArchLinux 64bit. I opened a support ticket and they pointed me to a link to download Version 10.0.1 (27695). They must restart their computer. Hitting alt+control seems to fix it.

Under Keyboard,  select On this computer in Apply Windows key combinations list. Shift key does not work on first character.
