The second pane also seems to set at the bottom of the document, but when I scroll a little, it disappears. is also in that text, as presumably whoever is looking at the comments will be able to read that, too? have a peek here I did try following the instructions on this page but ended up having everything changed and I had to revert it back to what it was like in the beginning.

They also work in the pdf's created from InDesign and Word including the TOC's, they just won't appear in the bookmarks. How can I turn the "comments from" pane off? I don't think that will work, though. That is not a feature that comes with Word as standard, I'm afraid.
